海绵拉力剂DP-1022是一种多官能度的反应型添加剂,可有效地应用于许多聚氨酯泡沫配方中,以增强海绵的拉伸性能,撕裂强度等物性。在传统的大块泡沫中,该稳定剂可以防止泡沫在中、低密度配方中易开裂的现象。而且,它还可以帮助降低异氰酸酯指数,并减少所需辅助发泡剂的用量。
主要特性及优点
•在用量为0.5-1.5份时,海绵拉力剂DP-1022提供优质的发泡工艺和气泡稳定性,配方只需要调节少量的催化剂(建议减少5-10%的辛酸ya锡)
•在大块软泡配方中还能够部分或者全部代替辅助发泡剂
•在1-2份用量下,DP-1022提供的工艺性能,可以使传统的大块泡绵的TDI指数控制在95-100范围内
•在TDI指数为95时制造的泡绵,可以比TDI指数为100时所制造泡绵的硬度(25%IFD)减少50%。在TDI指数为95-100时,泡绵的物理性能和很多传统的TDI指数时所制成的泡绵是相似的
• TDI指数在105-110这个范围时,DP-1022不能改变泡绵的工艺性能,但可以改善泡沫的一些物理性能。

Sponge pulling agent DP-1022 is a multifunctional reactive additive that can be effectively used in many polyurethane foam formulations to enhance the physical properties of sponges such as tensile properties and tear strength. In conventional bulk foam, the stabilizer can prevent the foam from cracking easily in medium and low density formula. Moreover, it can help to lower the isocyanate index and reduce the amount of auxiliary foaming agent needed.
Main features and advantages
• Sponge tension agent DP-1022 provides excellent foaming process and bubble stability at the dosage of 0.5-1.5. The formula only needs to be adjusted with a small amount of catalyst (5-10% caprylate Ya tin is recommended).
• Can also partially or completely replace auxiliary foaming agent in bulk foam formulation
• The process performance of DP-1022 can control the TDI index of traditional bulk foam in the range of 95-100 at 1-2 dosage
• Foam manufactured with A TDI index of 95 can reduce the hardness (25%IFD) of foam manufactured with a TDI index of 100 by 50%. When the TDI index is 95-100, the physical properties of foam are similar to those made with many traditional TDI indexes
• When TDI index is in the range of 105-110, DP-1022 cannot change the technological performance of foam, but it can improve some physical properties of foam.
